Thomas asks…What kind of changes can I expect and when even while using a stop smoking aid?I'm using the Nicorette inhaler to quit smoking. I've been smoking for 17 years and today was my first day of quitting and I did really good.
My question is what kind of changes can I expect in my body and when, even though I am still taking in a small amount of nicotine? If anyone knows, that would be great.
