Donald asks…Quit smoking side effects?I has been 31 hours since my last cig, and I am seriously going INSANE. Last night i couldn't sleep one bit, I'm already eating more and more, and sometimes I have a horrible upset stomach.
I broke down and I smoked ONCE, I was so disappointed in myself.
What can I do to get rid of these insane cravings??
This may sound silly, but i ALWAYS used to smoke when I was driving and now I pretend to smoke a pen when i drive ha ha.
BTW i started when i was 16
